Brown Sesame Seeds Noom 100% purebred, cultivated at Noom farms. The quality of brown sesame seeds is closely monitored from the stages of sowing, nurturing, to harvesting and processing.

The cultivation process follows standards that do not involve the use of any agricultural chemicals (no chemical fertilizers, no pesticides) for each brown sesame seed to ensure firmness, abundant nutrition.

Process

– Noom’s brown sesame seeds are sown in the main summer crop.

– Cultivated using natural agricultural methods,

– Brown sesame plants grow entirely naturally under the gaze of the sun, on soil free from chemicals and without any form of shading from sunlight.

– Harvested at the right time when the sesame seeds are fully ripe, firm, and rich in nutrients,

– Dried under the sun’s rays,

– Hulling, removing husks, and extracting seeds (cleaning the husks from the seeds),

– Thoroughly sifted during the processing process,

– No preservatives are used throughout the harvesting and processing process.

Uses

Storage Instructions

Natural brown sesame seeds can be stored by farmers for up to 3 years at room temperature under certain conditions: observing regularly, sealing carefully in nylon bags or tightly sealed containers, occasionally sun-drying, adding garlic to prevent insects. However, for busy customers or those who pay less attention to storage and use, it’s best to transfer the brown sesame seeds to a container/box/bag and place them in the refrigerator’s cool compartment to avoid pests and spoilage.

Best used within 12 months from the production date.
